Graduate Clinical Training
Graduate Trainees 2025/2026
SCNPG has two general ‘tracks’ for graduate training: 1) Graduate level clinical training (practicum/graduate level and higher), and 2) Forensic non-clinical training (undergraduate and bachelor degree level).
As part of the graduate level clinical training program, students will receive clinical supervision, didactic training, individual and group supervision. Students will be trained on evidence based treatment modalities, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, and other areas of clinical interest with availability of supervision.
We provide access to all didactic material, lectures and activities for both tracks; however, expectations in regards to performance and commitment to the SCNPG program rise according to the student’s education status. Graduate students are expected to engage in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, as well as demonstrate skills in clinical treatment, interpretation, and diagnostic skills consistent with their educational level. Training is available for all clinical levels, starting from pre-doctoral/master’s practicum (part-time), pre-doctoral internship, and post-doctoral fellowship. Quarterly or semi-annual evaluations are completed based on each program’s expectations.
Preferred applicants are hard-working, conscientious, open to constructive feedback, have strong organizational skills and are passionate about learning clinical neuropsychology as a practice. We are committed to offering the training necessary to foster competent and confident providers in this field.
For more information regarding our clinical psychology internship program, please consult the relevant sections of our training handbook listed in the drop-down menu above. You may also email the clinical director regarding any questions. If we are not currently affiliated with your training program, please reach out to the clinical director.
